SPACEMAKER KSA is looking for a skilled and experienced Gypsum Carpenter Supervisor to oversee our team of drywall carpenters. If you're passionate about ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, maintaining safety standards, and managing a team to deliver exceptional results, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: Review and check received drawings to ensure accuracy. Identify resources and ensure all materials and tools are available. Lead daily start-up meetings and brief the team on the day's tasks. Inspect incoming materials for defects and ensure compliance with specifications.

Organize storage areas to keep materials accessible and in good condition. Ensure all tools are in good working order and used safely. Provide clear explanations of work orders and drawings to the team. Conduct daily inspections to ensure quality standards and work according to plans. Ensure proper alignment, verticality, and squareness of installations.
Supervise and guide a team of gypsum carpenters, assigning tasks and overseeing performance. Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Mentor and train new team members on techniques and safety practices. Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of experience in drywall and gypsum systems.
Strong knowledge of carpentry, drywall installation, and finishing techniques. Excellent English communication skills. Ability to read and understand drawings and work orders. Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate a team. Ability to implement and enforce workplace safety protocols.
