About the job: Are you an experienced Civil QC Inspector with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring quality and compliance in construction? We are looking for a qualified individual to join our team and oversee quality control across various stages of civil work including concrete, waterproofing, and more.
Job Purpose: To ensure quality control of civil works and production activities, conducting inspections, tests, and providing corrective actions to maintain compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Inspection & Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections on materials, equipment, and production activities Oversee concrete mix certifications, compression strength tests, and curing operations Ensure correct execution of approved Inspection Test Plans (ITP) Inspect waterproofing installations and conduct flood tests Collaborate with teams to resolve quality issues quickly Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of inspections and tests Generate and submit WIR/MIR documentation for client approval Track and monitor non-conformance reports and corrective actions Ensure clear communication of quality updates to clients and management Training & Support: Support production teams in adhering to quality standards Conduct training sessions on quality control procedures Qualifications & Experience: Mandatory: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Civil QC Inspector In-depth knowledge of civil testing procedures (especially concrete & waterproofing) Proficiency in MS Suite and English Ability to read and understand construction drawings Desirable: ISO 9001 QMS Training Experience with Aramco approval or in the Pre-fabrication / Modular industry Familiarity with Oracle Aconex Why Join Us?
