Manager, Performance & Analytics - SCCS leads the enterprise-wide performance management, analytics, reporting, and productivity intelligence functions for the Standard Construction Cell System (SCCS) across all projects and business units.
The role transforms operational data into actionable intelligence by integrating SCCS execution data, VBoQ productivity metrics, Pulse & Wave performance, equipment and workforce utilization, cost and schedule performance, and cross-functional operational KPIs.
