We are seeking a Civil SME to serve as the Technical Authority across our portfolio of energy, oil & gas, mining, industrial and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. Role Purpose Provide technical leadership for civil engineering design on industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the Technical Authority for Civil Engineering across multiple projects.

Serve as the final authority on complex civil engineering designs Has extensive knowledge in General Civil Engineering, Underground Utilities Design, Earthworks, Roads design Resolve critical, high-risk technical issues during the Design Phase Train, mentor, and guide civil engineers to elevate team technical capabilities Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline.
Chartered Engineer/Professional Engineer status is preferred. Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, Mining or Industrial projects. Proven experience as a Technical Authority, Chief Engineer, Principal Consultant, Engineering Fellow or equivalent.
