Development Manager

ESSENTIALS 10+ years experience At least 4+ years experience in a management level position Must have experience in residential development real estate Good experience with analysing financial data to maximise revenue Experience evaluating new real estate investment opportunities including location appraisal, prepare preliminary financial analysis and development brief with business planning Experience overseeing the BD & investment portfolio including real estates listed equities Experience in preparing RFP’s, budgeting, Integration of project scheduling, controlling, risk identification and management, and projects delivery management Experience on monthly reports regarding development status, budget Vs actual, update feasibility studies Open to male Arab nationals only – preferably in Eastern province now.
