Our client is a leading Real Estate Investment company with an excellent reputation across the region. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to be based in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree Minimum 5 years experience in total At least 2 + years experience in a Supervisor level position within real estate Maintenance Experience with General maintenance, building maintenance, compounds maintenance, Projects, Government maintenance projects Open to Arab nationals in Saudi now COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance Salary is around 17k SAR per month base salary Plus 25% accommodation, 10% transport allowance Plus medial insurance
