QC Welding Inspector

Job Purpose: To ensure the quality and safety of welded joints and to ensure that welded products meet the requirements of applicable quality standards. Responsibilities: Inspect welds to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. Identify and document welding defects. Recommend corrective actions for welding defects.

Manage and oversee welding inspection programs. Train welders on welding procedures and inspection techniques. Prepare and maintain accurate welding inspection records. Perform inspections as per ITP and customer requirements. Maintain WPQT and WPS qualifications. Conduct material inspections.
