Production Control Specialist

Coordinate and schedule aircraft maintenance activities to maximize availability of safe, mission-ready aircraft. Monitor maintenance workflow, resource allocation, and production timelines. Assist in ensuring compliance with maintenance, safety, and quality control standards.

Coordinate with logistics, supply, and maintenance teams to support operational requirements. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to maintenance activities. Support supervision and administration of production control processes. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 7 years of experience within the last 10 years in a U.S. Army aviation maintenance organization, including: At least 2 years in production control management. At least 4 years in planning, logistics support, supply, safety, maintenance, or quality control. Strong communication skills (oral and written). Fluent in English.

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment. Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
