Job Purpose Holding responsibility for General maintenance work such as Pumps and accessories, Boilers and accessories, Road spikes, Rolling Shutters, Arm Barriers, Plumbing system, Drainage system, Grease interceptors, Lift stations with accessories, water storage tanks, Diesel storage tanks.
Key Responsibilities Performs preventive maintenance functions as directed. Daily checking of operation of all types of Mechanical equipment and record log sheets. Reports on any unscheduled breakdown of Mechanical equipment’s to Supervisor including the cause and action taken to resolve the issues.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and material usage. Collaborate with maintenance teams and other departments to support facility operations. Repair or replace faulty pipes, valves, pumps, and other plumbing components. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and facility standards.
Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Line Manager in order to meet organizational objectives.
Qualification and Experience Required Preference Qualifications Diploma/ITI Mechanical Certifications Years of Experience 5 years +5 years in operation & maintenance Nature of Experience Language Skills English Competencies Competencies Level Individual Contributor Technical Behavioral Risk Assessment and Management Operational Excellence Technical Service Delivery Incident Investigation and Reporting Preventive Maintenance Installation & Maintenance Proactive behavior Problem Solving Process Orientation Planning
