Drive proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, headhunting, and specialized databases. Conduct screening, preliminary assessments, and candidate negotiations within designated budget parameters. Prepare and monitor key recruitment reports and KPIs (e.g., Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, Pipeline Status).
Handle bulk/volume recruitment drives and recruitment events as needed. Requirements Key Requirements 2 to 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Proven background recruiting for Industrial, Manufacturing, EPC, Construction, or Recruitment/Manpower Outsourcing environments.
Track record of recruiting both engineering/technical roles and corporate/senior management roles. Strong closing, communication, and negotiation skills.
