The role covers the full design journey from project briefing, feasibility support, concept development, design coordination, consultant management, authority approvals, tender support, construction coordination, and handover.
The role ensures that all design outcomes are aligned with the project vision, development strategy, market positioning, operational requirements, approved budget, project timeline, and quality expectations.
