JOB PURPOSE / ROLE Handle daily warehouse operations and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate execution of receiving , storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities .
The Warehouse Team Leader also ensures accurate system transactions and documentation in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), supporting operational efficiency and inventory accuracy ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Handle daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Allocate tasks to warehouse staff and monitor workflow during the shift. • Ensure accurate data entry of operational transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) . • Verify shipment documentation and inventory movement records. • Support inventory control activities, including cycle counting and stock verification.
• Ensure operational procedures and safety guidelines are followed. • Monitor productivity and ensure operational targets are achieved. • Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor to resolve operational issues. • Report operational discrepancies, damages, or process deviations. • Assist in training warehouse staff on operational procedures and system usage.
