Job Summary: The Engineer, Sales Support is responsible for coordinating and managing the technical aspects of order execution, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and on-time delivery. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure the successful execution of orders.
Roles & Responsblties: Coordinate and manage the technical aspects of order execution. Ensure all orders comply with customer specifications and contractual agreements. Monitor and track order progress to ensure on-time delivery. Collaborate with sales, supply chain/logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure seamless order execution.

Identify and resolve any technical issues or delays in the order execution process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders and related documentation. Provide regular reports on order status and performance metrics to the Order Execution Manager. Develop and implement strategies to improve order execution processes.
Deliver outstanding presentations and Reports to clients and stakeholders. Ensure thorough organization and reliable follow-up on all order activities. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, ideally related to mechanical, manufacturing, industrialization, petroleum or metallurgy.
Experience: +3 years of experience in order execution or technical support, preferably in the OCTG or oil and gas industry. Strong technical knowledge of OCTG products and solutions. Ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical customers.
