We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior QA to join our technical team as part of our Graduate Development Program (GDP). In this role, you will work under the direct mentorship of Senior QA Engineers and contribute to ensuring product quality across multiple projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in modern QA practices, with exposure to automation and AI-powered testing tools from day one. The ideal candidate is a passionate learner with solid technical fundamentals, eager to grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities Manual & Functional Testing: Execute test cases manually across assigned projects and document results accurately. Write and update test cases and test plans under the guidance of Senior QA Engineers. Log, track, and verify bugs through closure using tools such as Jira.
Automation Support: Contribute to writing and maintaining automation scripts using Playwright or similar frameworks. Learn and apply best practices in automation framework design and test scripting. AI-Assisted QA Exposure: Use AI-powered QA tools (e.g., Applitools, Testim, Mabl) in day-to-day testing activities.
Explore the use of LLMs for test case generation, test data synthesis, and basic defect analysis. Collaboration & Learning: Participate actively in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Receive continuous mentorship from Senior QA Engineers and engage in code reviews.
Shadow senior team members to understand the full software development lifecycle. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Recent graduate (0–2 years of experience). Technical Skills: Understanding of core software testing concepts (functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing).
Foundational knowledge of at least one programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred). Familiarity with APIs and basic SQL. Genuine interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance testing workflows. Soft Skills: Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Keen attention to detail and strong analytical thinking. Ability to manage time effectively across multiple tasks.
