We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our technical team. In this role, you will lead quality assurance efforts across multiple simultaneous projects , ensuring robust software delivery through advanced automation and cutting-edge technologies.
The ideal candidate is not just a tester but a strategist who brings 5–7 years of experience to the table, with a dedicated focus on automation for the last 2–3 years. You will be expected to leverage AI-powered QA tools to optimize testing workflows, reduce maintenance overhead, and enhance test coverage.

Key Responsibilities ● Multi-Project Quality Management: ○ Manage and execute QA strategies for several distinct projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on release cycles and business criticality. ○ Context-switch effectively between different tech stacks and product requirements without compromising quality.
● Automation Strategy & Implementation: ○ Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks (Playwright, or similar) for web and mobile applications. ○ Maintain a healthy balance of manual and automated testing, automating regression suites to accelerate release velocity.
● AI Integration in QA: ○ Utilize AI/ML-based testing tools (e.g., Applitools, Testim, Mabl, or AI-assisted code generation) to implement self-healing scripts, visual regression testing, and predictive analytics. ○ Explore and integrate new AI tools to streamline test case generation, data synthesis, and defect analysis.
● Leadership & Collaboration: ○ Mentor junior QA members and drive best practices in code quality and testing. ○ Collaborate closely with Developers, DevOps, and Product Managers to shift quality left in the CI/CD pipeline. ● Experience: ○ 5–7 years of total experience in Software Quality Assurance.
○ Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Test Automation (scripting, framework design, and execution). ● Technical Skills: ○ Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Mainly JavaScript/TypeScript). ○ Deep understanding of AI tools in QA (e.g., using LLMs for test case generation, AI-driven UI testing, or automated bug triage).
○ Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and database testing (SQL/NoSQL). ● Soft Skills: ○ Proven ability to work on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment. ○ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.
Preferred Qualifications ● Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions). ● Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. ● Certification in AI for Software Testing or ISTQB Advanced Level.
