We’re looking for TCS – Junior Specialist- IT to provide technical assistance to our staff. In this role, your duties will include ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data.

Responsibilities Education, training, and presentations to our key Target groups and Sales Teams Technical support to Customers and Sales/Marketing/Product Development departments Pre-Sales technical assistance to Customers and Sales department Technical documents creation Claims handling Product testing and certification process responsibility Coordination of tinting stations maintaining Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
High level problem-solving and communication skills Good written and verbal communication. Must be Saudi National. Must be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
