Tasks & Responsibilities: • Greet customers and identify their visual and lifestyle needs. • Recommend suitable frames, lenses, and optical solutions. • Explain product features, pricing, and promotions.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets. • Process sales transactions and handle basic after-sales support. • Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards. Requirements: • Diploma or certification in Optical Technology or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in an optical lab or retail optical environment.
