Position Summary The IT Project Management Intern will support the IT Project Management team in coordinating project activities, tracking progress, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with communication between stakeholders.
This internship provides hands-on experience in IT project planning, execution, and monitoring within a professional environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring IT projects. Support project managers in tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes. Follow up with project stakeholders to collect updates and ensure timely task completion. Update project tracking tools and dashboards. Assist in identifying project risks, issues, and action items. Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions.
Support testing, user acceptance activities, and project documentation when required. Perform administrative and coordination tasks related to IT projects. Carry out other duties assigned by the IT Project Management team. Qualifications Saudi national (if applicable).
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Software Engineering, or a related field. Eligible for a Cooperative Training Program through the university.
