General Accountant

JOB PURPOSE The General Accountant will be responsible for assisting in general accounting activities and performing duties assigned from time to time by the manager RESPONSIBILITIES 1- Verifying and ensuring the accuracy of receipts/invoices and other supporting documents.

2- Recording cash and bank payments, as well as journal entries in the accounting system. 3- Reconciling cash and bank transactions. 4- Supporting tax-related tasks, including VAT, WHT, etc. 5- Performing any other duties or tasks assigned by the manager from time to time. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting.

Experience: 1 – 3+ years’ experience in accounting or related work.
