Responsible for assisting customers with eyewear selection, achieving sales targets, and delivering an excellent customer experience Tasks & Responsibilities: • Greet customers and identify their visual and lifestyle needs. • Recommend suitable frames, lenses, and optical solutions. • Explain product features, pricing, and promotions.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets. • Process sales transactions and handle basic after-sales support. • Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards. Requirements: • High school or diploma or equivalent. • 1–2 years of experience in optical retail or customer-facing sales.
