Receive, label, and prepare specimens following protocols to ensure sample quality and traceability. 2. All laboratory personnel, including technicians and specialists, are required to perform phlebotomy as part of their core duties. 3. Perform diverse laboratory tests accurately according to standard procedures. 4.
Analyze, validate, and report test results promptly through the Laboratory Information System (LIS). 5. Monitor and conduct routine quality control to ensure reliability of test outcomes. 6. Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments. 7.
Follow strict safety, biosafety, and infection control guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. 8. Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with laboratory policies and regulatory requirements. 9. Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and respond to urgent or special testing requests. 10.
Participate in ongoing training, competency assessments, and support laboratory accreditation and licensing standards.
