Operations Manager - Drilling Waste Management & Drilling Fluids

Key Responsibilities: -  Manage Drilling Waste Management  (DWM) and  Drilling Fluids  (DF) operations, ensuring efficient project execution and client satisfaction  -  Lead a team to deliver operational excellence, meeting client requirements and company standards - Drive business growth through new opportunities, client relationships, and strategic planning - Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, regulations, and local authority standards - Develop and implement operational strategies, budgets, and performance targets - Collaborate with sales teams to deliver technical proposals and presentations - Oversee project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring timely delivery and cost control Required Experience & Skills: - 8+ years in DWM and/or DF operations in the UAE Oil & Gas sector - Proven track record of managing operations and leading teams - Strong understanding of drilling operations, waste management, and drilling fluids - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Degree or Diploma in engineering, petroleum science, or related field - Valid UAE residency and right to work Preferred: - Experience in business development and sales - Strong commercial skills, including contract management and negotiation - Proficiency in CRM and operational software  Career Progression Our Client offers a structured growth pathway for high-performing individuals.
