Fire Fighter Department HSEQ Reports To (Position Title) HSEQ Superintendent Job Overview To provide experienced leadership, ensure operational readiness, and uphold safety standards in all fire and emergency response situations Responsibilities and Duties · Ensure all fire safety procedures, signage, and equipment comply with Local Government and International Standards .

· Investigating fires to determine their Cause and origin, Contributing Factors. · Perform Scheduled and Monthly fire equipment inspections. · Validate fire safety plans for new or modified work areas. · Asses risk factors in different work areas. · Train Site Employees on method use of Fire extinguishers.
· Perform Emergency evacuation procedures on a Quarterly basis. · Mentor and train Volunteers to be part of an ERT Team. · Lead or Support site Wide emergency Drills as per Local Authority Standards. · Remain up to date with Changing fire safety legislation and enforce compliance across site.
· Respond to real fire or rescue scenarios and co-ordinate with external parties when needed. · Operate specialized foam systems and rescue tools. · Inspect and refill First aid Equipment monthly. · Maintain Accurate logs of fire incidents and investigations.
All equipment is provided on the job § Safety Helmet § Hearing Protection § Safety Boots § High visibility Clothing § Gloves § Masks Qualifications Education Level: Certified Fire Fighter II (IFSAC or Proboard) Years of Experience: 5-10 Specific Skills / Competencies: § Vilid First aid § Must be site inducted and safety trained.
§ Must be self-driven to succeed § Oral Communication Required Licences and Certifications (Optional/If position required): § Valid Driver’s License
