· Assisting the manager in implementing new purchasing processes. · Being responsible for efficient day-to-day sourcing operations and the overseas purchasing of spare parts. · Negotiating with vendors and suppliers in order to maximize company profits.

· Dealing with an internal engineering team regarding the preparation of specification bills of quantity for obtaining quotations from vendors. · Preparing purchase orders and ensuring compliance with product sourcing agreements.

· Controlling the receipt and delivery of spare parts for machines according to specifications · Liaising with other departments to support their purchasing requirements. · To perform in procurement and purchasing Raw materials according to the requirements with competitive prices in domestic source.

· Negotiates with suppliers establishing price, delivery, quantity, payment, the scope of work, change orders, researches sources of supply. · To monitor and ensure that the purchase items always met the requirements in the term of quality, quantity, prices, and delivery. · Able to handle the import clearance document with the customs department.

· Able to coordinate with forwarder on the import shipment, booking and delivery to ensure that all goods are delivered and received on time in a proper manner with accurate documentation.
