Position Title Survey Assistant Department Survey Department Reports To Surveyor Job Overview The assistant surveyor is responsible for helping to complete the daily survey pick up on the loading areas accurately. In addition to, the various survey tasks given by the surveyor.
Responsibilities and Duties •Ability to use and care for surveying equipment accordance with training provided. •Conduct the daily volumetric survey for the loading areas. •Conducting the various survey tasks such as: putting TBM for levelling control, sitting out of design components andassist in the surveying department duties.

•Ability to perform the given task independently. •Care for the equipment. •Adhere to instruction from surveyor. •Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures. Qualifications Education Level: High School or Survey Institute certificate. Years of Experience: Minimum 2 year. Specific Skills / Competencies •Familiar with using the survey equipment.
•Understand the basic calculations relating to survey activities. •High level of integrity and honesty. •Fit to work under pressure and hot environment. Required Licenses and Certifications (Optional/If position required): •Academic qualification certificate or practical experience in the survey field. •Valid driving licence.
