Position Title Production Foreman Department Production Reports To (Position Title) Production Supervisor Job Overview •The role of the Production Foreman is to assist Production Supervisor in coordinating and supervising the load & haul;drill & blast and grade control mining activities, during shift work including safety, health and environmental issues onsite, and it is done in association with achieving JRAR production objectives in a safe and cost effective manner in liaisonwith the client.

Responsibilities and Duties •Supervise and co-ordinate production employees in liaison with the Production Supervisor to ensure that the project site meets the production targets set in a safe and cost-effective manner.
•Ensure that in conjunction with the Production Supervisor liaises with Maintenance Supervisor to advice of operationalmaintenance and break down requirements of equipment during the shift; and the weekly maintenance schedules in atimely manner, which will not have effect on production.
•Provide support to production employees with regards to health, safety and environment in the delivery of specialistmining production.
Qualifications Education Level: Diploma Years of Experience: At least 5 years plus working experience in the mining industry At least 3 years of experience in similar position Specific Skills / Competencies Good knowledge of pit configuration (e.g.
layout, ramps, dumps, roads) Good mining experience in truck and excavator operations and production Required Licenses and Certifications (Optional/If position required): Current Driving License (Heavy Duty Vehicle and Equipment) Effective communication skills Good organizational skills Middle School Leaving Certificate or equivalent Mine Foreman Certificate First Aid Certificate
