Cross Sell Performance Lead (6 months Period)

Support the end-to-end implementation of the Group Cross-Sell road map including Coordinate and track implementation activities, milestones, and deliverables. Support Strategic client nomination, target setting, BSC and rules of engagement. Monitor Cross Sell Performance, referrals, KPIs, and management dashboard.

Identify implementation gaps, dependencies and issues, and support timely escalation and resolution. Requirements Required Skill Set: Strong Banking and business understanding. Strong project implementation and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and performance management capabilities. Strong Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint skills.
