Infrastructure Manager

All of this work follows the hospital’s core value of humanization. Responsibilities Oversee and manage all ICT infrastructure, servers and network operations to keep hospital systems and services running without interruption. Plan and carry out preventive maintenance for all servers and network equipment.

Monitor infrastructure performance and put capacity upgrades in place as needed. Implement and enforce infrastructure security controls, including firewalls and access policies. Run regular vulnerability assessments and make sure critical issues are patched quickly. Optimize system performance and resource use, and report regularly to the ICT Director.

Develop, maintain and update the disaster recovery and business continuity plans, and run recovery drills. Make sure all critical systems and data are backed up regularly and that restores are tested. Manage vendor relationships and evaluate vendor performance and service quality. Review and renew infrastructure contracts on time.

Keep the ICT asset inventory and lifecycle records up to date. Lead, coach and develop the infrastructure team (Server Infrastructure Engineer, Network Administrator and ICT System Specialist). Set team goals, conduct performance appraisals, and encourage teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or an equivalent field. Preferred: Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, VMware, ITIL or CISSP.

Experience 7+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, network management and systems administration, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Preferred: Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry, with exposure to CBAHI, JCI or MOH compliance. Skills and Competencies Advanced expertise in network administration and security.

Advanced knowledge of server and virtualization technologies (Windows, Linux, VMware). Advanced experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions. Knowledge of ITIL-based service management. Familiarity with cloud and data center management. Project planning and implementation. Vendor and contract management. Team leadership and staff development.
