Provide overall leadership and direction for the location, ensuring alignment with Golf Saudi’s vision, values, and strategic objectives. Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and performance management of all staff. Lead and coach the leadership team, including the Deputy General Manager, to maintain operational excellence.
Ensure smooth execution of all location operations, including golf programs, events, facility management, and guest services. Develop and monitor budgets, manage P&L, and drive profitability. Maintain high service standards to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. Implement operational policies and procedures in line with Golf Saudi standards.

10+ years of management experience in hospitality, golf, or related sectors, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and delivering business growth. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High energy, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and navigate stairs. Leadership and team management. Strong business and financial acumen. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
