Manage and follow up on chronic medical conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, and other internal medicine-related disorders. Provide acute care for patients with acute illnesses, infections, and injuries, making appropriate referrals to specialists as needed.

Practice population health management by identifying and addressing health issues at the community level, implementing preventive measures, and promoting health education and awareness.
