Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive the implementation of strategic initiatives and foster a culture of innovation. Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to guide project teams in aligning their work with broader company goals.
Engage with external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring strategic initiatives are responsive to market needs and expectations. Mentor and develop team members, promoting a high-performance culture and continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy development or oversight, preferably in large-scale projects.
