Responsibilities: Craft a wide range of specialty coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and cold brews, adhering to standardized recipes and our elevated hospitality standards Maintain in-depth knowledge of our coffee menu, including origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods to educate and guide guests Operate and maintain high-end espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with precision and care Provide exceptional guest service, creating a welcoming atmosphere in line with our luxury environment Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations Manage inventory of coffee supplies and handle cash transactions accurately Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and improve barista skills Support opening and closing procedures, and assist in developing seasonal drink specials Required Qualifications Proficiency in coffee brewing techniques Adequate knowledge of various coffee beans and their distinct flavor profiles Experience in operating espresso machines and other brewing equipment Aptitude for providing high-quality customer service Excellent communication skills Ability to handle orders effectively Professionalism in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
