Calculate labor, machine time, and overheads using standard benchmarks. Support tender submissions and coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams.

Manage commercial handovers and price variations/change orders. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 4–8+ years of experience in estimating for exhibitions, scenic fabrication, or fit-out projects. Strong technical understanding of materials and build methods.
