Spa Attendant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Guest Services: Greet guests, offer refreshments, provide spa tours, answer questions, and assist with changing into robes. Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep all spa areas (locker rooms, relaxation lounges, treatment rooms) spotless, including floors, mirrors, and furniture; manage laundry.

Operations Support: Restock towels, water, amenities, and retail products; coordinate with the spa team for smooth daily operations. Administrative Tasks: Handle basic phone inquiries, manage simple bookings or rescheduling, and process payments. Inventory: Assist with stock control for linens, consumables, and retail items.

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED Customer Service: Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderately, and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge: Basic understanding of spa treatments and procedures is beneficial. Experience: Previous 5-star hospitality or spa experience is required.
