We are seeking a qualified BIM Engineer with a strong background in fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating BIM models across multiple disciplines, ensuring seamless integration of architectural, MEP, and FF&E elements throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for fit-out projects. Create and maintain multidisciplinary BIM models, including Architectural, MEP, and FF&E packages. Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts using BIM tools. Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, procedures, and requirements.

Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to maintain model accuracy and project efficiency. Produce and review BIM documentation, drawings, and reports. Support project delivery through effective BIM model management and coordination. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Certified qualification in BIM software, preferably Autodesk Revit. Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination. Proven experience in fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, architectural finishes, and FF&E coordination. Proficiency in BIM software and coordination tools.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
