First for Decoration is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead premium hospitality fitout projects, ensuring successful delivery from project initiation through final handover. Lead and manage all phases of Architectural Fit-Out and MEP works. Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, risk management, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

Lead and supervise site teams, monitor performance, and drive productivity to achieve project milestones. Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, material approvals, and construction methodologies. Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present regular project progress reports to management and clients. Manage project handover, snagging, close-out documentation, and final client acceptance successfully. Minimum 8 years of proven experience in Fit-Out projects. Strong expertise in Architectural Fit-Out, MEP systems, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Previous experience delivering hospitality projects for international hotel brands (e.g., Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, or Accor) is highly preferred. Proven track record of managing projects from handover to final completion.
Strong knowledge of project planning, procurement, construction execution, quality assurance/control (QA/QC), commissioning, and project close-out. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
