Generic Accountabilities Common Accountabilities Supervise operational excellence improvement initiatives and motivate employees to constantly identify areas for improvement on systems, processes and practices taking into account international leading practices, in order to continuously enhance the organizational effectiveness and business performance.

Drive the development and oversee the implementation of policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls within the section in order to ensure that all activities within the section are conducted in line with any relevant compliance, risk, audit, cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.

People Management Provide strategic direction to the direct reporting roles, guide, set priorities and objectives that will be cascaded to the lower levels, while managing their performance, and providing ongoing support and feedback, to ensure the achievement of the short- and long-term business goals.

Coordinate the activities of the direct reporting roles to ensure that all operational plans are carried out efficiently, in line with the annual organizational targets, policies and procedures. Oversee the successful implementation of the talent management related activities for the Section (e.g.

PMS, trainings, etc.), providing inputs to the Human Capital and relevant approvals as required (e.g. annual leaves, etc.).

EHS Compliance & Operational Execution Support implementation of regulatory requirements from MODON, Civil Defense, SFDA/MOH, and NCEC by maintaining compliance documentation, monitoring permit status, supporting inspections, and ensuring closure of actions to sustain uninterrupted approvals.

Hazard Identification & Risk Reduction Conduct regular workplace inspections, HIRA and JSA sessions, and safety audits to identify unsafe conditions and behaviors; escalate risks and follow up on corrective measures to maintain hazard-free operations.

Permit-to-Work Administration Administer and verify compliance with Permit-to-Work processes including LOTO, hot work, confined space entry, and work at height, ensuring required controls, supervision, and permits are always in place.

Emergency Response Readiness Support implementation of the Emergency Response Plan by coordinating fire and spill drills, ensuring availability and operability of emergency equipment, and assisting during real emergency interventions.

Environmental Compliance & Waste Handling Monitor compliance with environmental controls including hazardous waste handling, proper segregation, chemical storage, vendor approvals, and disposal documentation in line with NCEC standards.

Deliver daily toolbox talks, site inductions, and awareness campaigns; support in increasing hazard reporting and reinforcing expected behavior standards among employees and contractors.

Coordination & Frontline Support Work closely with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and Facility teams to ensure EHS requirements are embedded into job planning, shutdown works, and operational changes on the factory floor.

Reporting, Documentation & Follow-Up Maintain full accuracy and traceability of EHS records including KPI logs, incident reports, inspection checklists, and action plans; prepare periodic summaries for review by the EHS Leader and operational management.
