Key Accountabilities & Activities Generic Accountabilities Strategy Execution Implement departmental plans and ensure alignment with defined business objectives. Job-Specific Accountabilities Facilities Operations & Service Management Manage execution of facilities operations and support services, including building maintenance, utilities coordination, workplace services, and facility support activities to ensure reliable service delivery.

Implement facilities service plans and supervise day-to-day execution of operational activities supporting business continuity and workplace functionality. Monitor facilities service performance, track service issues or risks, and support timely corrective actions to maintain service levels and operational effectiveness.

Deliver initiatives that strengthen facilities service quality, responsiveness, and operational support. Maintenance & Infrastructure Support Manage execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to facilities infrastructure, utilities, and building systems.

Monitor maintenance performance and track issues affecting asset condition, service continuity, or infrastructure reliability. Coordinate maintenance priorities and support execution of activities that improve facilities uptime and operational readiness.

Supervise implementation of maintenance support activities aligned with operational and workplace requirements. Vendor & Service Provider Management Manage delivery of outsourced facilities services and supervise performance of contractors and service providers supporting facilities operations.

Monitor vendor performance against service expectations, track service gaps, and support actions to improve delivery effectiveness. Coordinate service provider activities to ensure alignment with operational needs and facilities service standards. Deliver improvements that strengthen vendor-supported service performance and value realization.

Workplace Services & Operational Support Manage workplace support services related to office facilities, common areas, support amenities, and employee service requirements. Implement initiatives supporting effective workplace operations and monitor service delivery performance across facilities services.

Track workplace service requirements and coordinate support actions to maintain efficient and well-supported work environments. Facilities Performance Monitoring & Controls Monitor facilities performance indicators including service quality, maintenance response, operational efficiency, and support service effectiveness.

Track operational risks, service gaps, and performance issues affecting facilities operations and support resolution actions. Deliver performance inputs and recommendations supporting operational reviews and improvement initiatives.

Compliance, Safety & Facilities Controls Monitor compliance with facilities-related policies, operational controls, and health, safety, and environmental requirements applicable to facilities operations. Implement controls supporting safe and compliant facilities service delivery.

Coordinate support for inspections, audits, and control reviews related to facilities management activities. Track corrective actions related to compliance or facilities control observations. Facilities Improvement & Optimization Identify opportunities to improve facilities processes, maintenance practices, and workplace support operating models.

Implement initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, service reliability, and effectiveness of facilities operations. Support continuous enhancement of facilities management capabilities and service delivery practices.
