Spare Parts Store Keeper

Task Execution Perform assigned operational and technical tasks in line with instructions and requirements. Operate equipment, machinery, and tools as required to support operational activities. Process Compliance Follow instructions, procedures, and safety requirements during task execution. Maintain adherence to operational standards and defined guidelines.

Maintenance & Safety Maintain equipment, tools, and work environment in proper working condition. Report faults, incidents, and safety concerns in a timely manner. Support Activities Assist in operational processes and team activities as required. Support workflow execution and daily operations in line with instructions.

Reporting Record activities, operational data, and task outputs accurately. Report issues, deviations, and updates to supervisors as required.

Spare Parts Stores Operations Execute day-to-day spare parts stores activities including receiving, storage, identification, issuing, and handling of spare parts and maintenance materials in accordance with approved procedures.

Perform routine stores activities to support availability and timely issuance of spare parts required for maintenance and operational needs. Maintain organized storage conditions and proper arrangement of spare parts to support accessibility and control effectiveness.

Follow established stores procedures and report issues affecting spare parts availability or stores operations. Inventory Control & Stock Handling Monitor spare parts inventory levels and support stock control activities to maintain availability and inventory accuracy.

Perform routine stock checks, counting activities, and support inventory reconciliations as required. Record inventory transactions related to receipts, issues, transfers, and stock movements accurately in approved systems or records. Report inventory discrepancies, shortages, damages, or stock-related issues requiring attention.

Receiving & Material Verification Perform receipt and inspection support activities for incoming spare parts and maintenance materials to verify quantities, documentation, and basic condition. Support proper documentation and recording of received materials in accordance with stores control requirements.

Inspect materials for obvious damage or discrepancies and report exceptions for follow-up. Maintain proper storage and handling practices for received spare parts and materials. Spare Parts Issuance Support Execute spare parts issuance activities against approved requests and support timely fulfillment of maintenance material requirements.

Support availability of required parts for maintenance teams and report shortages or critical stock concerns. Record issuance transactions accurately and maintain traceability of parts movements. Assist in supporting efficient material flow between stores and maintenance operations.

Stores Documentation & Records Maintain records related to inventory movements, stock levels, material receipts, and spare parts issuance activities. Support accuracy and completeness of stores documentation and related inventory records. Prepare routine stock information and support reporting inputs as required.

Housekeeping, Safety & Stores Compliance Follow stores procedures, safety practices, and material handling requirements applicable to spare parts storage operations. Maintain clean, organized, and safe stores conditions in line with operational standards. Inspect storage areas and report unsafe conditions or control gaps affecting stores operations.

Support compliance with inventory handling and storage requirements.
