AI Delivery Manager

Strategy Contribute to the development and implementation of the Data & Analytics department’s strategy, ensuring that it is translated into annual business and operational plans for the section. Formulate and monitor the effective implementation of the section strategy and relevant tactics, in line with the department and division overall Badael strategy.

Budget and Financial Monitoring Provide inputs and support the preparation, consolidation and monitoring of the annual budget of the department in coordination with the Department Head and the finance team.

Common Accountabilities Supervise operational excellence improvement initiatives and motivate employees to constantly identify areas for improvement on systems, processes and practices taking into account international leading practices, in order to continuously enhance the organizational effectiveness and business performance.

Drive the development and oversee the implementation of policies, systems, processes, procedures.

People Management Provide strategic direction to the direct reporting roles, guide, set priorities and objectives that will be cascaded to the lower levels, while managing their performance, and providing ongoing support and feedback, to ensure the achievement of the short- and long-term business goals.

Coordinate the activities of the direct reporting roles to ensure that all operational plans are carried out efficiently, in line with the annual organizational targets, policies and procedures. Oversee the successful implementation of the talent management related activities (e.g.

PMS, trainings, etc.), providing inputs to the Human Capital and relevant approvals as required (e.g. annual leaves, etc.). AI Use Case Delivery & Execution Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI use cases from ideation through MVP development, scaling, and adoption.

Define and plan AI initiatives, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and expected business value. Ensure structured execution of AI initiatives in alignment with business priorities and governance standards. Oversee the development and delivery of AI pilots and MVPs, ensuring readiness for business validation and scaling.

Monitor progress of AI initiatives and report on status, risks, and value realization. AI Portfolio Management & Prioritization Define and maintain a structured AI use case portfolio with clear prioritization, ownership, and delivery roadmap. Evaluate incoming AI requests and identify high-value opportunities aligned with business objectives.

Consolidate AI demand across business units into a prioritized and actionable delivery pipeline. Ensure all initiatives have clearly defined scope, expected outcomes, and accountable owners. Review portfolio performance and recommend adjustments to priorities and delivery plans.

Stakeholder Management & Alignment Coordinate across business, data, technology, and external partners to ensure alignment on AI initiatives. Liaise with senior stakeholders to present progress updates, key risks, and recommendations. Guide stakeholders in shaping business requirements into structured AI use cases and delivery plans.

Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical feasibility. Governance, Compliance & Delivery Standards Ensure AI initiatives comply with data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PDPL, SDAIA). Define and maintain AI delivery frameworks, processes, and playbooks.

Conduct feasibility assessments, including data readiness, dependencies, and risk evaluation. Monitor adherence to governance standards and support audit and compliance requirements. Benefits: Premium Medical Insurance Schooling Allowance Health and Wellness Allowance
