Technology Infrastructure & Operations

We are seeking talented professionals with experience in one or more of the following areas: Enterprise Systems & Application Support Technical Support & End User Services Network Engineering & Infrastructure Database Administration Compute, Storage & Virtualization IT Collaboration & Productivity Services Payment Systems Support Business Integration & Middleware IT Security Operations Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Service Management & IT Operations Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Relevant experience in one or more Technology Infrastructure & Operations disciplines. Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, systems, networks, databases, cloud technologies, or technical support. Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL is preferred.

Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Oracle, Red Hat, AWS, Azure, or equivalent) are an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
