ropose solutions to increase the reliability and quality of the applications to reduce operating and on call costs while ensuring an adequate level of security Responsible for all aspects of end user support of proprietary software applications Manage the development and installation of new systems and applications Perform work with a variety of LAN and mainframe based applications Manages, develops, integrates, and implements related applications components including front-end development, server- side development and database integration Plays a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation and administration of the applications Establishes and communicates standards to manage cost and ensure continuity of applications 2 – 5 years experience with the following tools/languages Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, outstanding organizational skills Role consists of 70% application support, 30% hardware support
