Job Summary: The Service Technician at Evostel will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of components. This role involves working with products from Evostel’s partners, , ensuring efficient operation and service of low-voltage distribution and control systems.
The Service Technician will support customers on-site, performing technical services, system diagnostics, and upgrades. Key Responsibilities: Perform the installation and setup of automation systems, low-voltage electrical components, control systems, and related equipment from Evostel’s partner brands.

Conduct regular maintenance checks on installed systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. Repair and replace faulty components as needed. Assist with the testing and commissioning of new installations and upgrades, ensuring all systems are properly configured and operational.
Identify and resolve technical issues in automation and electrical systems, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime for customers. Set up and configure automation, control, and protection units based on project requirements and customer specifications.
Assist with the upgrading and modification of existing systems, ensuring compatibility and improved performance with newer technologies and components. Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, helping them understand system functions and guiding them through troubleshooting steps.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including installation reports, service logs, and issue tracking. Provide feedback to the team on recurring issues and recommend improvements. Ensure all installations and services adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations. Diploma or technical degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Service Technician
