Job Purpose As an Operations Specialist at Starlinks, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of operations staff to ensure the efficient and effective execution of logistics and supply chain activities. Your role will involve coordinating workflows, providing guidance to team members, and driving performance to meet operational goals.
Main Job Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the activities of operations staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Provide leadership and direction to team members, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring performance.

Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they understand their roles, responsibilities, and safety procedures. Monitor workflow processes and identify opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and customer service, to coordinate operational activities and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures, safety regulations, and company policies in all operational activities.
Implement inventory control measures to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent inventory discrepancies. Lead warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, stock movements, and order processing. Oversee the handling of returns, including processing returns, restocking inventory, and managing disposal.
Monitor and report on operational performance metrics, such as productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery. Address any operational issues or concerns raised by team members, customers, or other stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to support their development and growth. Implement cost management strategies to control operational expenses and optimize resource utilization.
