Job Purpose The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance functions to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.
The role provides strategic financial guidance to support business objectives, manages cash flow and financial risks, ensures compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and delivers accurate financial analysis to support informed decision-making.

The Finance Manager also leads the finance team, strengthens internal controls, and drives continuous improvement in financial processes to enhance organizational performance. Main Job Responsibilities Finance Leadership : Lead finance activities across all services in the vertical.
Partner with sales and business development teams in customer pricing, RFQs, tenders, and contract negotiations. Evaluate customer profitability, route profitability, and service-level performance. Support strategic expansion initiatives, including new warehouses and network optimization.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes. Provide detailed financial analysis on revenue, gross margin and profitability performance. Prepare monthly business reviews and management presentations with actionable insights.
Analyze operational KPIs including: Cost per shipment, cost per unit, Delivery productivity, Warehouse productivity, Customer contribution margins Business Partnering : Serve as a key finance business partner to Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Challenge and support operational decisions using data-driven financial insights.
Drive accountability for financial performance across operational teams. Support customer contract renewals and commercial negotiations through financial benchmarking and scenario analysis Cost Optimization & Operational Efficiency : Identify opportunities to reduce transportation, labor, fleet, warehousing, and fulfillment costs.
Monitor delivery network efficiency and space utilization trends. Lead profitability improvement initiatives through process optimization and automation. Develop financial controls to minimize revenue leakage and improve billing accuracy.
Reporting & Governance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Oversee revenue recognition, customer billing validation, accruals, and margin analysis. Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and financial governance frameworks.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities where required. Education: Bachelors in accounting or above: Required Certification: CMA / CIMA / CPA : Preferred Experience: Minimum 6 Years Maximum 12 Years: Required Languages Level English: Fluent Required Arabic: Required
