Promote continuous improvement and foster stakeholder collaboration Job Responsibilities Key Accountability Areas Responsibilities Business Analysis Elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs by working with business partners to understand the customer journey and define user requirements Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change Engage with business partners and influence project decisions, assess the risks of various solutions, and prioritize competing business demands Ensure related areas understand the required specifications to achieve the desired requirements Document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan by working with the training team Build KPIs for initiatives agreed with the business and ensure customer acceptance and signoff Assist in the design and implementing standard processes and procedures to measure ongoing results while driving continuous and improved business value Assist in developing and executes the delivery of Success Blueprints, KPIs, and Performance Scorecards for key customers Conduct UAT Activities after QA Release to ensure Solution Stability and soundness Reporting Evaluate and recommend software solutions to improve data analysis and reporting.

Ensure reports are clear, concise, and include relevant metrics and KPIs.

Familiar with PMO tools such as Wrike, ServiceNow & Microsoft Projects Policies, Processes, and Procedures Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, and processes considering leading practices, changes in the business environment, cost reduction, and productivity improvement Monitoring adherence to IT governance frameworks that are aligned with Information Assurance (IA) IT requirements.

Educational Background and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in system information, Computer Science & Management Information System or any other relevant field Master’s Degree is preferred ECBA Certification is required Agile Certification is preferred Experience: 2 – 5 years of experience in IT is required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to the Service Delivery workforce. Insurance experience is required
