Manager, Safety and Physical Security

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures Management Recommend improvements to policies and manage the implementation of procedures covering all areas of safety and physical security activity so that all relevant requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers Adhere to the Bank’s AML/CTF policy, guidelines and all SAMA’s regulations relating to account opening, KYC and Customer Due Diligence.

Internal Customer Value Ensure regular contact with business units / facilities is maintained to ensure services are aligned to changing needs of customers and in accordance with the regulatory requirements and agreed SLA’s.

Suppliers Management Manage relationships with Vendors and follow up on implementation of service level agreement Safety and Security Standards Provide expertise on safety and security related aspects and lead the development of relevant policies, procedures and standards to ensure due coverage of all critical aspects and requirements set by the SAMA and MOI and prudential coverage against all potential security risks Safety and Security Technology and Systems Lead the studies to determine location and placement of safety and security equipment in bank facilities and branches, monitor implementation and ensure their connectivity to the Security Administration Room, proper operation and coverage of the designated areas through regular inspection visits and testing Oversee the activities of Safety, Physical Security and Security Systems Administration and ensure that they are in line with SAMA and regulators’ minimum requirements.

Manage the provision of security services for the cash-in-transit process, between branches and cash units and ensure maintaining on-ground presence of security precautions throughout the operation to minimize potential threats.

Eliminate security risks to physical assets of SNB, through ensuring vigilance of the bank premises involving camera surveillance and other security measures with SAMA and the Ministry of Interior.

Reporting Supervise the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet operational / business requirements, policies & standards Education: University Degree in any related field; or an acceptable educational level accompanied by a strong banking experience.
