Planning Specialist

Assist in the creation of long-term planning documents, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and goals. Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of action plans to meet performance targets. Process Improvement : Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvement initiatives based on performance analysis.

Conduct root cause analyses of operational challenges and propose solutions to improve service delivery and patient outcomes. Utilize lean methodology, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks to drive organizational changes.

Quality Assurance & Compliance : Monitor the effectiveness of performance improvement strategies and ensure they align with healthcare quality metrics. Facilitate performance audits and assist in preparing for external reviews and assessments.

Stakeholder Communication : Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., department heads, staff, clinicians) to communicate performance objectives, progress, and results. Provide training and support to teams on performance management tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Serve as a point of contact for performance-related inquiries and provide guidance on achieving goals. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field. Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.

Experience : At least 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management, performance improvement, or strategic planning. Demonstrated experience in analyzing healthcare data, identifying trends, and implementing performance improvement initiatives. Familiarity with healthcare accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
