About the Role: We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The role is essential in managing daily pharmacy operations and ensuring safe, effective, and patient-centered medication management, while supporting clinical teams and adhering to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities: Dispense medications accurately in accordance with prescriptions and hospital policies. Review and evaluate prescriptions to ensure appropriateness, safety, and effectiveness for patients. Provide patient counseling and drug information to patients and healthcare professionals.

Prepare and handle medications in compliance with pharmacy standards, including IV admixtures and extemporaneous preparations as required. Ensure proper storage, handling, and inventory control of medications, including controlled and narcotic drugs. Identify, prevent, and report medication errors to ensure patient safety.
Conduct inspections of medication storage areas and ensure compliance with hospital policies. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes.

Valid professional license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS). Knowledge of hospital pharmacy standards, regulations, and CBAHI requirements. Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience in a hospital pharmacy (two (2) years preferred). Fresh graduates may be considered based on department needs.
