Operational Management: - Provide overall leadership and direction to all departments within the organization. - Ensure effective implementation of operational policies, procedures, and quality standards. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency. 4.
Financial Management: - Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial objectives are met. - Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare financial reports, and present findings to the executive team. 5. Stakeholder Management: - Represent the company in external meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with government authorities, industry associations, and community stakeholders.
Requirements Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in the hospitality supplies and hotel equipment industry, with a proven track record of success in leadership and management roles Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of financial management principles.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
